THE LAST 72 — What would you do if you were told you had only 72 hours to live? This is a show that challenges individuals to live out what truly atters to them before it’s too late. For most of us who are healthy and hole, mortality is far from our minds. But are we living at our best? Would we leave the world tomorrow free from regrets? If you had only 72 Hours left, who would you ask forgiveness from? Who do you need to forgive? How and with whom would you spend your last moments? Will your family be taken care of, and are you at peace with the way you lead your life? Each week, the show journeys with a new person who must answer these questions and more, in a race against time with only 72 hours to act!

The selected person will also work with a life coach and host, who’ll help him/her come up with a plan of how to spend their last 72 hours.

This is not a “bucket list” type of show, nor is it a wish list for what you would do that is above your means. It’s a real look at what you haven’t done that shouldn’t wait until it’s too late and a stark reminder of how precious life is.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE BETWEEN 35 – 45 YEARS OLD AND LIVE IN THE NYC (TRI-STATE) REGION.
