CHEF RAMSAY HELPS PJ’S STEAKHOUSE START ANEW ON AN ALL-NEW “KITCHEN NIGHTMARES”
“PJ’s Steakhouse” – Chef Ramsay visits PJ’s Steakhouse in Queens, NY, determined to breathe new life and energy into the establishment. Husband-and-wife owners Joe and Maralyn have given up their home and belongings in order to preserve the memory of Joe’s beloved brother, PJ, but the restaurant’s inconsistent food, lackluster service, and uncooperative chef may prove to be too much a labor of love. Ramsay steps in to evaluate the restaurant’s hospitality and food quality, but he makes startling discoveries within the restaurant’s operations that force him to make tough changes. He gives the owners and chef one last chance to turn things around, but will a revamped menu and fresh professional outlook be enough to save PJ’s Steakhouse?
