SIXTEEN NEW CONTESTANTS VIE FOR THE PRIZE ON THE SEASON PREMIERE OF “HELL’S KITCHEN” WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, ON FOX
Chef Ramsay presents the opportunity of a lifetime for 16 new contestants of HELL’S KITCHEN who will battle it out for the grand prize of winning a head chef position at L.A. Market at the JW Marriott Hotel Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE and the opportunity to be the official spokesperson for Rosemount Estate Wines. After setting their eyes on the prize, Chef Ramsay challenges the Red and Blue Teams – women vs. men – to prepare their signature dishes. For the next challenge, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto gives the chefs a lesson in sushi preparation, and Chef Ramsay asks the teams to prepare a platter of perfect sushi. The team that collectively impresses Chef Ramsay will embark on a day of pampering, while the losing team is left to clean the kitchen mess.
During the dinner service, the contestants feel the heat as service is delayed and guests begin to file out of the restaurant in the “16 Chefs Compete” season premiere episode of HELL’S KITCHEN airing Wednesday, Sept. 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (HK-801/802) (TV-14 D, L)
