Bon Jovi and Daughtry to Perform on Next Results Show Wednesday, May 12
Finalist Aaron Kelly was eliminated last week on AMERICAN IDOL after he received the fewest of America’s 32 million votes. On last Tuesday’s performance show, the Top 5 performed the music of Frank Sinatra, and Kelly, 17, from Sonestown, PA, sang “Fly Me To The Moon.” In addition, Wednesday’s results show featured special performances by Harry Connick, Jr. and pop superstar Lady Gaga.
Tonight Tuesday, May 11 (8:00-9:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), Grammy and Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx will return to Idol as a guest mentor to help the Top 4 finalists – Crystal Bowersox, Lee DeWyze, Casey James and Michael Lynche – prepare to sing hit songs from the movies.
Tune in the following night, Wednesday, May 12 (9:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), for performances by Daughtry and rock legend Bon Jovi and to find out who receives enough votes to stay in the competition and who is sent home.
