Chef Gordon Ramsay attempts to revitalize Lido di Manhattan Beach, a failing Italian restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA, but upon entering the kitchen, he’s so disgusted that he shuts the restaurant down. Owner Lisa is a business school graduate who took over the restaurant at age 23 without any prior experience in the food service industry.
