Michaels Joins Hit Entertainment Newsmagazine To Bring Unique Perspective To The Red Carpet
BURBANK, California – January 15, 2010— “The Biggest Loser” trainer and health and wellness expert Jillian Michaels has signed on as “Access Hollywood’s” guest correspondent covering the 2010 Golden Globe Awards®.
“I am beyond excited to be a part of ‘Access Hollywood’s’ Golden Globes coverage team,” said Michaels. “I make a great ass-kicker on ‘The Biggest Loser’ campus and taking celebrities to task on the red carpet seems like the obvious next step for me.”
Michaels will be on hand to interview the biggest stars from television and film, capture behind-the-scenes moments and provide insight for the viewers on the fashion from the red carpet.
“We are excited to have Jillian join ‘Access Hollywood’ on the red carpet,” says “Access Hollywood” Executive Producer Rob Silverstein. “Her energy, excitement and unpredictability will be a welcome addition to our Golden Globes coverage.”
Michaels will next be seen in “Losing It with Jillian Michaels,” which will air its first season later this year on NBC. The show will follow Michaels around the country as she moves in with families for one week to teach them how to exercise, be healthy and eat right.
