Even on a new night, fans can’t get enough of “Shark Tank.” Entering its eighth episode, the show that gives budding entrepreneurs a chance to make the deal of a lifetime increased its audience by 14% over its most recent telecast. In just seven weeks, the “Sharks” have been so impressed by these unique business ideas that they have made deals to invest over $2.9 million dollars to take these businesses to the next level.
Last week alone the “Sharks” sank $350,000 of their own money into investments including a unique grilling tool, as well as soy play dough for children with allergies.
On the episode airing TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET), the “Sharks” are pitched ideas for a trendy celebrity-based clothing line, as well as a website that helps both college overachievers and underachievers.
