New York, New York — This week’s episode of “Addicted to Beauty, ” airing Tuesday, August 18 at 10pm ET/PT, really puts the staff of Changes Plastic Surgery and Spa to the test. Shannyn comes down hard on the staff and is treated with complete disregard, and, once again, Gary’s work performance puts Melanie over the edge and his job is on the line.

Bogged down with personal problems, Dianne’s constant appointments are keeping her away from the office and distracted, raising serious concern with Dr. Lee and his staff. This week, Gary challenges his co-workers to a “lip-off,” attempting to prove that proper lip gloss application can rival even the largest of lip injections.

Dr. Lee and his surgery staff slip away from the office for lunch and discuss Dianne’s team and the less than stellar success of their merger. His staff members dish about their concerns and Gary becomes the main source of contention after dropping the ball again and forgetting to order important supplies needed for a scheduled procedure. Will this be the final straw for Gary or can he pull together another excuse to keep him on the team?

Meanwhile, Dianne’s absence and lack of involvement at the spa results in disorder as everyone scrambles to pick up the slack. Her lack of focus on the business is especially taking a toll on Natasha, who ends up covering for her and apologizing on her behalf to unsatisfied clients.
