(because remember in past seasons.. you were never safe yourself if you used the POV to save someone.. that black guy, can't remember his name.. Marcus or Marcel.. something like that.. used it to save someone, the HOH put him up and they voted him out! ) OR.. have the rules changed? because I have watched every episode.. from every season.. and don't remember them mentioning it..
