BURBANK, CA - May 13, 2008 - NBC Universal Television, DVD, Music and Consumer Products Group and Bravo Media have teamed with ExerciseTV and Lionsgate to introduce the first fitness DVD based on Bravo’s popular original series “Work Out” (Tuesdays 10-11 p.m. ET). Los Angeles fitness guru Jackie Warner hosts “Workout: One-on-One Training With Jackie,” which is available in stores nationwide on May 20. Best known for whipping her high profile clientele into shape on the series, Jackie brings her relentless energy and expertise to this one hour video, which combines her exclusive exercise moves in a fusion of cardiovascular and strength training.
“Workout: One-on-One Training With Jackie” was produced by NBC Universal Television, DVD, Music and Consumer Products Group and Exercise TV for Bravo Media and is being distributed by Lionsgate. It is currently available online at http://bravotv.com/workout and is available on video-on-demand on ExerciseTV (www.exercisetv.tv).

“Workout: One-on-One Training With Jackie” delivers Jackie’s intense personal workout, which can command up to $400 an hour at her famed Beverly Hills Sky Sport & Spa gym. Her signature 20-minute upper-body, lower-body and core workout routine combines body toning and fat burning. Each workout consists of circuit strength & toning, which is followed by short bursts of cardiovascular exercise to pump up the heart rate. Users may choose to follow the entire one-hour workout or focus on particular areas to transform body shape.

“Work Out” airs on Tuesdays from 10 to 11 p.m. (ET) on Bravo. The docu-series is in its third season and features four new trainers recently hired at Jackie’s exclusive Beverly Hills gym Sky Sport & Spa (www.skysportspa.com) and also introduces her new live-in love, Brianna. “Work Out” is produced by Mentorn USA for Bravo.
